Artist's Description
Having never been to Myrtle beach before, I was excited with the opportunity to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Without a wake up call, I quickly rose from my campground bed and briskly walked, in the dark, towards the beach. The site in front of me intensified the wait for the sun to rise. Before the sun peaked over the ocean, the site was amazingly beautiful. It felt otherworldly.
